Do a quick search by giving your name, date of birth and tax file number (TFN). Keep track of your superannuation fund before it's lost.

You can also use the ATO's SuperSeeker tool to:

- Check the balance of your current super accounts - if money has been paid in within the last 2 years
- Find lost superannuation - there are billions in unclaimed or lost super dollars
- Find ATO-held super - these amounts are different from lost superannuation and are paid by your employer, super fund or the government, then held by the ATO on your behalf (use SuperSeeker to request a transfer of ATO-held lost super to your current super account)
- Transfer your super (including ATO-held super) - to the super account you want.
